  • 5 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 Tbsp non-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dash paprika

Scoop out yolks of eggs and mix all ingredients except paprika. Blend well and refill egg halves with mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
