Lemon Garlic Shrimp

1 serving protein

  • 2.5 oz. shrimp
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon wedge

Preheat olive oil. Add minced garlic; fry until brown. Add shrimp. Fry both sides until a nice crusty brown. Squeeze lemon juice on top.

Great for when you’re in a hurry, but need something hot, hearty and filling.
Makes a lot! But I eat 1 cup of soup which I guesstimate = 1 protein, 1 vegetable

2 cans fat free chicken broth
1 can Tyson chicken
1 can green beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 brown onion, chopped
1 c celery
Basil
Pepper
Monterey Chicken Seasoning

  1. Just beginning on Lindora…soup looks good? but your with “guessitmate” on protein & vegetable…not sure that I would make this on my own….as I really trying to follow program to the “T”
    .
